For best results rub lotion thoroughly into muscles of your neck, shoulders, legs, abdomen, or arms for athletic recovery apply to specific sore muscles and joints. Not for use on face or sensitive skin areas. Do not use it taking blood thinners or have an allergy to aspirin.
